Art print of an original black gouache painting of Sri Lanka's famous Kottu Rotti dish

Kottu Rotti is a Sri Lankan dish consisting of diced roti or paratha bread mixed with spices, scrambled egg and vegetables or meat. Kottu is commonly prepared on street stalls in Sri Lanka. Chefs use two flat metal utensils to chop and mix it on a flat hot plate. It's often served on a banana or kenda leaf. The clanging sound of kottu being prepared fills the streets in the evenings, so, if you're in search of a good meal, just follow the sound. We recommend you try it at your local Sri Lankan restaurant.

All profit from sales of Sri-Lankan inspired art prints goes to charities that are helping with current food shortages in the country, due to the economic crisis. Your purchase will directly benefit the Sri Lankan people that are most affected.
